AttorneyBrian E. Appel has been a courtroom lawyer for more than forty years, representing clients that have serious personal injuries or business disputes. He has argued numerous appeals in Pennsylvania and Federal Courts. Stemming from his extensive experience in medical malpractice, since 1981 Mr. Appel has served as Planning Co-Chair for the ALI-ABA annual Course of Study, "Litigating Medical Malpractice Claims", attended by lawyers from around the United States.  He is also an experienced mediator and participant with clients in mediations.  Since 1973. Mr. Appel has taught basic and advanced litigation skills to attorneys nationwide. As an instructor at Temple University School of Law, Mr. Appel has taught a number of courses over the past 25 years, including several segments in the school’s unique Trial Advocacy Masters Degree program. He regularly presents a workshop for trial lawyers on persuasion.
