Michael Choi ESQAs sole principal of Choi & Associates, P.C., which consists of eight attorneys, Mr. Choi has practiced extensively in the areas of human rights, international business, commercial litigation, personal injury, immigration and workers’ compensation.

Mr. Choi received his law degree from Stetson Law School and is a candidate for an LLM Degree from Temple Law School. He is admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New York.

Michael Choi concentrates his practice in human rights, class action and commercial litigation, currently and in the past serving over 200 corporate entities and over 70,000 individual claimants. Those claimants include S.K., LG, the government of South Korea and the legal counsel for the 2002 World Cup Soccer games, which were held in South Korea. Mr. Choi is lead counsel for a case known as the “No Gun Ri Massacre,” which took place under the No Gun Ri bridge in 1950 during the Korean War, where more than 400 civilians were killed. He was also counsel in the Japanese Slave Labor class action suit against Japanese multi-national conglomerates and the Japanese government. In addition, Michael Choi represented Agent Orange class action suits for 40,000 victims.

Michael Choi is the chairman of Asian American affairs in the governor’s office of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer of many institutions. Mr. Choi is actively involved in local community service, dedicating much of his free time to enhancing the presence of Asian American businesses and corporations in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Choi has been featured as a prominent class action lawyer in numerous television programs and newspaper articles, including the New York Times and the Washington Post. He has also achieved recognition internationally through several other media outlets such as KBS, MBC and an SBS program known as “Would Like to Know That.”
