Paul A. Lawless

Mr. Lawless handles a wide variety of civil matters and has 23 years of experience practicing insurance defense litigation and five years of experience practicing plaintiff litigation. He also maintains a general practice with an emphasis on personal injury, commercial litigation and general real estate work. Mr. Lawless is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars as well as the federal bar and the United States Supreme Court. He received his J.D. degree from Villanova University in 1980 and B.A. from Loyola College of Baltimore, Maryland, in 1977.

Anthony F. List, Esquire

A graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Mr. List is a former assistant United States attorney and special assistant to the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a charter member of the Historical Society for the Eastern District, and Federal Arbitration Panel and Criminal Justice Act Panel. He has also served as a federal mediator for the federal courts.

Mr. List also has extensive trial experience including death penalty military law cases with court-martial before military courts sitting in the United States and Europe. He is active in trial practice in the federal and state courts.
